Dietetics nutrition

Define your personalised nutrition strategies. Our dietitian uses Nutrition therapy and intuitive eating to address digestive, metabolic or nutrient deficiency, discomfort or anxiety related to food. Stop dieting, start nourishing.

Physiotherapy

We specialize in treating patients, addressing their struggles and helping them overcome their limitations. Invest in prevention, recovery or avoid complications and surgery with the care of our skilled Sports injury and Musculoskeletal physiotherapists. Pain is common but not normal. Physical therapy and proper support will get you back to doing the things you love.

Speech and Language Pathology

Our Speech and language therapist is specialised in early intervention and paediatric care covering communication, language, speech, oral-motor and cognitive skills.

Women’s health physiotherapy

Women’s Health Physiotherapy treats disorders of the pelvis and pelvic floor, improves function and proper muscle activation to relieve pain, support rehabilitation antenatal pregnancy, postnatally or through life. Lower back pain, pelvic girdle pain, hip pain, incontinence, diastasis recti is common but not normal.
