THE BODY COMPANY is a new founded company located in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, specializing in personal fitness training with Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS).

EMS is an innovative method of personal training, which enables you to get fit and healthy in a short amount of time and keeps your body in shape.

The new technology multiplies the effect of your usual workout by 18 time by using a low level current impulse, intensifying your natural muscle activity.

It only takes 20 minutes to complete a full body workout with EMS and is equivalent 6 hours training in the gym. This allows you to achieve optimum results within a minimum amount of time.
